"It's not the first time, but there is sometimes a bit of a spoiled or unpleasant taste on parts of the chicken in the sandwiches. It has happened a few times. When it happens it isn't ever the entire sandwich, so I eat around that issue. But I shouldn't have to eat around it to find other parts that are okay and that has happened at various locations. I love the store on LaCienega & Centinela because they fry the chicken sandwich perfectly, well done, nice rich brown color and perfectly crunchy. I wish they would change their pickles. For me -The pretzel was very disappointing, as it was the texture of an airy bread inside, rather than a more dense pretzel with a good chew/ bite to it like the pretzels Im used to when ive.ordered this type of pretzel in many other places. Perhaps its a matter of preference, so if you like a crisp outside with an airy consistency in the middle, this may be to your liking. For over $20 with the sides and tax I expected more out of this pretzel. Since the pizza was on point I would consider trying other things in the future.
