"We received an iced cold hotdog on a gooey wet bun. Gross. The 6 pack of ice cream sandwiches that are suppose to come in labelled box, instead were literally crammed into a small paper bag. The ice cream sandwiches were completely melted. We won't be able to eat these. We will want a full refund for the ice cream sandwiches. Last time we ordered this, it was in a Dairy Queen fast food box, not in the ice cream box. At least they were not melted, although they very super soft. There was an 1/8 to 1/4 inch of ice cream sandwiched between the chocolate cookies. One of them had no ice cream in the center. It looked like someone swirled the ice cream on the outer edges of the cookie - by hand. "

Don't get me wrong. Their unique flavors are commendable. The burgers are well put together, and you can taste every flavor distinctly. You will get bacon like shown on the pics. I live farther away, so I don't think it traveled well. The bottom bun was soggy. I believe that's due to the juices from the burger. The garlic fries were a huge portion with fresh chopped garlic but also soggy. I tried to recrisp them in the air fryer. The onion rings I would not order again. I normally love onion rings. I only had 3 of. I would say if you're close to where they are, it's worth a try. But think distinct and well-crafted. Not gourmet."
