"I've been a vegetarian my entire life and was excited to order from Parakeet, but the food and service was submarginal, at best. I ordered 2 meals to have something for dinner tomorrow night and a bunch of desserts and the hummus to share when I visit my son tomorrow. First, I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, but received the chicken burger instead. This went right to the garbage as I don't eat chicken. I couldn't even eat the potatoes as theybwere in the same box as the chicken and juice from the chicken may have flowed onto the fries. I had ordered the eggs over-easy, but the yolks were cooked through. I paid (quite a bit) extra to add beans, but there were hardly any present - I'd estimate less than 1/4 cup. Since the two meals were inedible, I decided to eat the Hummus & Bread as a meal, but ended up not being able to eat it because it was spicy!
