I also got some Fresh Coconut Juice and it was tasty, I wish I knew where I could buy it in a grocery store. If you are new to ordering pho to go, the P11. Pho Tai Chin Bo Vien comes with the broth separate from the noodle and meat and there is a bag with bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapeno. This keeps all the ingredients fresh and you assemble it yourself. I would have liked more hoisin sauce but it's okay I have it in my fridge. Some of the meat is raw but I always just heat it up in the broth on the stove or in the microwave. I really enjoyed the broth, it was very flavorful, and all the ingredients were fresh. My order arrived on time and packaged well. I would order from this restaurant again."

"Pho Tai Nam Bo Yien It had great flavors- couldn't say if best but definitely good. Only real complaint- I don't think anyone needs that much noodle even in extra large, especially when the container doesn't change size. it was filled to where you should fill with broth, but before the broth, meaning about 2 times too much noodle. I'll be throwing away about 2/3 the noodles because I can't eat that much and even though I ordered extra broth it's not like I can easily keep aside the extra since it was all in the dish, rather than an extra portion held separately. Again, taste was there but since you can't add notes I suggest never ordering the extra large though extra meat and sauce are probably worth it. Fried tofu was tasty also-Tofu Chay . I am a little stuffed, but the Goi Cuon (2) looks great, can't rate flavor yet."

This place was disappointing...the tamarind rolls were dry, seems like it has been left to refrigerate, so the ingredients were starting to harden up. The dipping sauce was not tangy or sweet either. I ordered a Viet Ice Coffee as well and it's not strong enough. It tasted very watery and a bit too sweet. It only took the dasher 10 mins to delivered the items to me but all the ice seems to have melted. I have tried other viet places in Seattle and I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid $32 for this snack and coffee including a $5 tip for the dasher and I felt like I wasted my money :("

"I left this place alone for a year to see if anything would improve, and it has actually gotten worse in quality than before. It's too bad because I used to swear by this place as one of the better options compared to other local Pho shops, especially in terms of quantity per dollar. Now, it's just a lot of low quality product for a lot of money. I ended up tossing a good portion of what I got because it was that bad. Tendons were undercooked, broth was bland and tepid (like way colder than it would've been in the past, but I reheat it anyway), and the noodles have always been kind of poor, but this time was just sad. There was also a funny taste that I can't quite describe, but it made the experience so bad I was willing to cut my losses and just toss out the rest of the food. Back to Pho Kim I go..."
