I’m reaching out to report an issue with my recent order from Baskin Robins. I ordered a specific ice cream that was labeled as “freshly packed,” but what I received was not what I requested. This has happened multiple times when ordering from this location through DoorDash.
I’ve visited this store in person before, and they consistently have the ice cream I order available and freshly packed. However, when I order through DoorDash, my item is often substituted or marked unavailable—even though I know they carry it.
This recurring issue is frustrating, especially since I specifically choose this shop for that item. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into and if appropriate steps could be taken to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately going forward.
