Yesterday my jalapeño ham and cheese was OLD and DRY. It wasn't original because it was cut in half and stuffed with jalapeños The cheese was GONE. That means it was already warmed/preheated over and over. Your customers are not dumb. We can tell the difference by look and taste. The price we pay we deserve freshness. "It's not what it used to be. The rostilocos were a lot smaller than before, and the peanuts were stale and no tamarind candy and the worst of all, the cucumbers were spoiled.
