"Driving up, I was hesitant as it is an unassuming storefront next to a shell gas station. But I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it packed with care but the fish was very fresh. I love thoughtful packaging and sushigogo went above and beyond. They included the usual combo of chopsticks, wasabi, ginger but in one pack. The bonus were the hand wipes and dish for soy sauce! The boxes themselves were very cute and I appreciate that the Salmon Sashimi (4 Pieces) came in compostable packaging. Lobster Tempura Roll had a decent flavor however it was stuffed mostly with lettuce! Jon's Shrimp Lover Roll was ok, each ingredient stood out and easily identified. Snow White Roll (on the right in pic) was ok, however the avocado was overpowering. Prawn Tempura Appetizer was very good but only came with 4. Lastly, Katsu Don was delicious and taste very similar to the dishes in Japan! "

"Sushi Ichimoto is one of the stingiest sushi restaurants I've ever tried. I ordered the sushi party tray and of the 16 pieces of nigiri, 4 were egg and 4 were crab sticks. While I understand every restaurant likes to cheap out a bit when you order assorted nigiri, I've never seen any other place have the nerve to use egg and crab sticks as nigiri and Ichimoto did that for half the pieces. That is unacceptable. Of the eight remaining pieces of nigiri only four were decent cuts of fish while the other four were lesser cuts, seared to mask the quality. The sashimi was decent and they didn't cheapen out on that, but my entire impression of the meal was ruined by them effectively selling me $3 of egg, crab sticks and rice for $40."
