"The Bad - Nothing is made fresh and it's very apparent both in flavor and texture. The teriyaki sauce had a sour, gross taste to it and everything was cold or lukewarm. The rice, tamago, and sushi had clearly been made at least several hours ago and refrigerated. The rice was okay but fell apart in cold chunks from the refrigeration and made it hard to eat the tamago. The sushi just tastes old and the sauce was sour like the teriyaki sauce on my chicken. Overall nothing tasted very good and none of it was fresh. The Good - Portions are decent, I like that they use cupcake liners to separate the wasabi and ginger so they don't touch your food."

The Maguro was not as fresh as I would have liked, made me abit nervous about eating it.. The Hokkigai (surf Clam) were inedible due to extremely tough rubbery texture. Sauce for the Gyoza was just plain soy sauce with no mirin or other modification that js usual for such fare. The Vegetable Tempura and Shrimp Tempura were very crispy, but served with the same disappointing sauce as the Gyoza. Shrimp Salad consisted of two (2) fried shrimp on top of the bed of salad. The meal was overpriced considering the quality and quantity of the fare. Needless to say, will not order from here again"

"Combo (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) Yaki-soba was very tasty. It had the perfect amount of sauce. Due to traveling, I imagine, the chicken was a little dry. The flavors were spot on, though. I really enjoyed it and will order again. General Tao's Chicken has moist chicken, a hearty of sauce, and was a good spice level for mild, if you like a bit of heat. Avocado Bomb was flavorful and a nice surprise. Texture wise, it could do with a bit of crunch. Spanaway Roll tasted very fresh. This was our first time ordering from this restaurant and we were very happy and satisfied with the quality of food for the price."

"I'm close to giving this store a low rating and I didn't actually mean to order from here a second time. my sushi is warm because it was put in the same bag as the hot food and that's dangerous! "We have ordered a few combo meals here and we have loved everything! Their Short ribs are amazing! They are a little thicker than the normal short ribs you might get elsewhere which we really appreciate ! Also they give a really good amount of food for the price you pay. Their fried rice is one of the best teriyaki fried rice I have tasted. It tastes really authentic. The only remark I will mention is that I would prefer they gave a regular teriyaki salad instead of cabbage style salad. But that is a a personal opinion. I still enjoyed it but as a preference I prefer lettuce style salad with the combo meal. All in all really good teriyaki food and definitely recommend !!! "
