Mostly dry, stuck together pasta on top of almost no sauce; some capers; five flavorless shrimp, none of which were Jumbo/two that were smaller than the others; and some very thin slices of artichoke hearts. WAY overpriced. Very disappointing. I threw away most of the pasta. I won't ever eat from this restaurant again. After I placed my order, I did call the restaurant to confirm that they got all my order choices. I spoke with manager Edwin, who was very nice & assured me they got my order correctly & said he'd also send me some bread and butter (which I received, along with utensils that I asked for). Their bread was nothing to write home about."

We ate in the restaurant a week and a half ago and everything we ordered was fabulous!! I had the Branzino, my husband ordered the Veal Chop and our friend had the Short Ribs with mashed potatoes. Best lentil soup ever as well. Our dinners were superb! The chocolate lava cake was scrumptious, as were the Italian donuts with custard. We take out often and the Veal Medallions and Polpette Meatballs with peas are just delicious. Eat in service is outstanding and we were surrounded by obviously likewise very satisfied patrons. I can't say enough good things about the food and service at Toscanova. Ciao!!!"

NY thin style pizza cooked in a wood fire oven. Wood fire enhances the flavor and texture of the pie, so that is a plus.
An extra star given for their creative Funghi pizza which had creme fraiche dollops on top. Was such a flavorful experience. I ordered this pizza WEEKLY for about a year.
Then, out of nowhere, the pizza turned to burned trash in a cardboard box (the box was changed too). Suddenly the pizza was charred, the mushrooms were not quality, and no crème fraiche!
This is a $27 (personal sized pizza) so it's not cheap. I started laughing (then getting mad) at the stuff they were sending to my house. Was like they fired a good chef and replaced him with Mr Magoo. What happened? Please just go back to your original recipe.
