• Commande DoorDashI have always liked the food at El Pollo Loco for many years but it seems like every time I have it delivered now (bc I can't pick up) the chicken is always overcooked and dried out. So disappointing. Don't order very often now because of that.

• Commande DoorDashThe chicken in the Double Chicken Tostada Salad was missing- 12 diced pieces- equal to 2 wings- maybe
The dressing was the main colponent had to go deep to find beans and rice. Asks for no pico - allergic to tomatoes - there was more tomatoes than the double chick I paid for.
Well this now goes into the trash. Off to the drug store to get Benadryl for the hives I'll get from eating tomatoes as asked not to be added. Maybe they misunderstood when I wrote "no pico- they thought wrote no chicken"

• Commande DoorDashAbsolutely put together either yesterday or much earlier today. Lettuce dried out completely yet not brown yet, so that was good. Chicken completely dried out but still a little flavorful. They gave me 5 little containers of mild salsa, which saved the day!!! I didn't want their dressing so thankful for salsa!!! They sent rice instead of corn, so kind of not okay. Rice was tasty though.
