Oh. My. Goodness! First off, I was so excited to try this Birria Grilled Cheese that i forgot to take a pic before the first bite. And it did not disappoint! The filling was flavorful and stuffed, and it was grilled to street taco perfection in the form of grilled cheese!
I do feel like last time I got the Birria Esquite (Corn in a Cup) it was late in the day where it had marinated in the consome longer(so it was even better!), but it's so so good.
It's clear why AJs is #1 y'all.

Best birria in the city. The ramen is always so meaty and flavorful, not greasy like some other places. The esquite is the best thing ive ever put in my mouth. Pro tip-mix them together!
