The Cajun Salmon is one of my favorite meals from Applebee's. Today, it was, as always, cooked to perfection. Not overcooked so that buttery oil inside can shine. With garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli it was perfect.

My 8 oz. Top Sirloin* was not a good cut of meat, super fatty and grisly. Ordered medium, got medium rare. Added mushrooms and shrimp to the Bourbon Street Steak* and it came with like 3 mushrooms and TONS of onions.

I got an 8oz steak that was no way 8oz but I wasn't too worried about that. however I do care that half of it is going to be thrown away because it's nothing but fat! The other meal was a bacon cheeseburger with cheesy broccoli. Normally the broccoli is put in a separate container but for some reason it wasn't this time so the bottom of my daughters burger was so soggy that it fell apart as she picked it up.

The fries were freezer burnt, the roll up tortilla was ripped and broken, and tasted off, and the soup was mush and they had taken the croutons and the cheese that was supposed to go on top the soup was melted onto the bottom of the container in a cold, congealed sheet.

The food was delicious and there was plenty to eat. The steak was dripping with juices and very tender. I will order this again.
