First of all, the customer service and courtesy here is totally non-existent!! Several workers looked right at me without a word or anything to indicate that someone would help me soon. I finally got my order & the gentleman that handed it to me is the ONLY person who showed any kind of service. I get home and my 8 oz. Garlic Sirloin Skillet* looked more like a small shoulder roast and was tough as wood and undercooked because it was so chunky! My onion & mushroom sautéed toppings, the onions were NOT sautéed enough so they were tough as well and the mushrooms were barely to be found, there were 3. The bacon in the loaded mashed potatoes was a lot of fat. The salmon in the Blackened Cajun Salmon wasn't seasoned well. The Chicken Quesadilla and the NEW Sizzlin' Caramel Apple Pie were on point though!

my steak was ordered medium well, and when biting into it, it was raw. very unsatisfied

This is a chunk of meat that isn fu cooked. I cannot cut it without a ac streak kn and I dont eat raw steak. Im so disappointed.

By far this was one of the best food experience's my family has had in a long while. Food was hot, large portions, and tasted fantastic. Way to go Applebee's!
