• DoorDash orderFood was hot and shake still frozen, order was packed well but the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was missing :( and the curly fries were far from curly... but overall, food and delivery was good.

• DoorDash orderSandwich was fresh. Fries were old, dried out, cold, and hard. I ordered a hot meal because I have been very busy and only ate once today. It was extremely disappointing to receive such old French fries. One sauce was not enough, perhaps add two next time.

• DoorDash orderAs soon as I unwrapped my sandwich, the breading from the chicken fell out everywhere. The chicken was pretty much bare. I pieced the sandwich back together best I could but as soon as I took a bite, I spit it back out. The chicken was so tough I couldn't chew it. I tried to pull it apart with my hands just to prove a point and couldn't even do that. I ended up just taking the chicken off the sandwich and eating the bacon and cheese. So disappointed. Especially for the price of food these days.

• DoorDash orderOrdered the Chicken Bacon & Swiss and received no bacon and ranch instead of honey mustard. Ordered Roast Beef Slider that came with one little slice of roast beef and no cheese. Fries came with my meal but the container was filled just under half way. Overall, very bad exp. If you want to eat at a Arbys, I don't recommend this one. Very poorly managed.
