Excellent customer service! While they initially forgot the lox in my bagel, I called the store, and the manager quickly sent over a 1/4 lb of lox to make things right. Really appreciated their prompt response!

Everything is generally very good from BP. Chicken Philly Sandwich was tasty but the baguette didn't seem fresh and probably should have been toasted, but that wasn't an option within the order form.
Iced tea was strong as always.

Shockingly bad food. Strawberry cream cheese is hot pink. Coffee tastes like chlorine is in it. Hashbrowns were rubbery.
