Sweet potatoes were just so delicious every nerve in my body jumped for joy! The mac and cheese was soooo scrumptious and flavorful it was the best i had since before my granny passed! And saving the best for last them wings... my gawd my gawd my gawd... succulent, finger-licking greatness! I will def be coming back for more!

Bankhead Special was absolutely delicious. chicken was tender and everything was full of flavor. Bone-In Pork Chop (2) were cooked to perfection. 1/2 Tray Frieswere fresh and the serving was huge. will definitely order again.

I'm overly shocked that I've found food THIS good that isn't my grandma's! Y'all know how y'all see food that looks good but tastes a little... NO this tastes just as good! Of course I would neverrrrr force anyone to believe what I say, but I do recommend that you stop by if you're in town! Today I tried the Bankhead Special along with the Black Phoenix Cookies and let's just say I was pleasantly satisfied! There's always too much food so I ALWAYS have leftovers, but when I'm hungry again it will definitely get put away lol.

the wings were crispy and flavorful, the bbq lemon pepper. the macaroni and cheese is creamy and cheesy, cornbread is fresh, and green beans taste like my grandmother used to make, in addition the portions are huge!very polite and sweet, added ranch and a slice of cake! this place is always on my list to order from again and again.

9/10. Wings were perfecly cooked! Fries coulda been cooked a little crispier but that may just be me. Fries and chicken were WELL seasoned. Def order additinal ranch because it only came with like half a cup. Can't wait to try other flavors
