Love Baskin Robbins ice cream and their staff were fantastic and professional as they had to call and let me know their icing ice cream flavor was no longer sold. The other ice cream flavor I chose was delicious but if Baskin Robbins could update the menu to remove any ice cream flavors not sold anymore would be great. Hence the 4 stars.

My go-to for an ice cream craving! My only complaint is that the sundaes have shrunk lately. The photos online show larger sundaes/scoops than they give anymore. They don't need the domed plastic lids if the scoops are so small that you have to look into the containers to see them. I wish they'd stop scrimping on the portions!

The last two orders have had a very small amount of ice cream, almost no hot fudge, and no cherry/nuts/whipcream despite it saying in the item description they were included. The banana Banana Royale doesn't have an option to opt in or out of cherry/nuts/whipcream but the description says it's included. The ice cream didn't even come up past 1/3rd of the cup. it was 80% empty. There was also only 5 slices of banana, I counted.
This was easily half the amount I've gotten in the past but the last two have been very minimal. No spoon or napkin included either despite me selecting them.

Sometimes it just has to be a BR Milkshake!!
The pralines and cream ice cream bar was really nice, too.
