Ordered a 3 scoop sundae.. they were out of Pralines and Cream???? and “don’t carry peanut butter and chocolate at this location”…..my Dasher called me and I substituted flavors but then only got 2 scoops and no hot fudge…..horrible service but great Dasher Kody helped make it better.

Ive hesitated to give BR bad review since we like the ice cream BUT HAVE HAD SAME PROBLEM EVERY ORDER (@ least 5-6 times). They have VERY few of the flavors listed to choose from. Usually, they'll send ONLY item ordered for a flavor they have - ALL of my orders are for 2-4 people SO only 1 person gets their ice cream (very disappointing for adults but TERRIBLE when ONLY 1 KID gets ice cream)!! A few times a Dasher has been able to text to help me pick something else BUT it's obvious no help from BR employee AND it takes too much time when you have to choose numerous times before you hit a flavor they have!! Tonight they did not have VANILLA or ANY flavor even close to vanilla (NO Icing on a Cake, White Chocolate, Strawberry, Very Berry Strawberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, or a flavor I think is called something like "Golden Cake). HOW CAN YOU BE OUT OF VANILLA?
