Ice cream was good but they sent the wrong cones. We paid for waffle cones dipped and got regular cones.

The ice cream in the sundae looks like it's 3 table spoons instead of scoops. I assume that's to save room for the toppings that are not available.
Also, the nutty coconut is unavailable. Why do you include things on the menu if they are NEVER available?

I got the berry strawberry which was an excellent choice... the packaging was great and the product exceeded my taste buds...

should of taken a picture.. very little hot fudge on Brownie Sundae .. no whip cream or any extras you usually get. out of Brownies and offered no compensation at all.

I can step around that. asked for the rest of a banana split
what I received was far less than what I expected.
two of these as pictured is far from the $25.00 I spent.
