I discovered this taco truck in person one day and so glad they deliver through DoorDash! Quesabirria is bomb, no skimping on meat/cheese and the best price around in my opinion for also getting consome!

I got: Super Burrito, Birria Cheese Sandwich, & the Birria Tacos
I am an avid Mexican food truck eater & was extremely dissapointed with everything here.
The beef here is very obviously frozen & cooked, also when cooked it comes out extremely tough & overcooked. The Birria flavor is okay, not good. The Pastor is extremely bland (doesn't even taste like Pastor) & the amount they gave in the burrito was extremely small. I truly only have issues with their meat, they are bland, overcooked, and obviously frozen. I hope they fix their meat practices & recipes.

The meat did have any taste i order asada and al pastor but al pastor taste like they have be us the same oil for couple of days taste horrible the tortilla was cold the green sauce teste sour the red one like didn't put salt
