Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea and all the classic Southern fixins for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
My order had been wrong and I called up there to speak to the manager (night manager) about my reorder and she was very understanding and polite. She said she would pack my order for me. When the food got to me it was EXACTLY what I ordered and FRESH. Thank you to her!!

The fries were cold, stale and unseasoned. The drink was watered down and had no flavor. A part of my order was also messed up. I ordered a sausge o-Berry™ Biscuit but I received a regular bo berry biscuit.
