I spoke to a young lady at Bruster's and she was lovely on the phone. Very polite and knew her product. Very helpful.

Great ice cream and great customer service. They didn't have a flavor I ordered so they called me so I could pick a new one and gave an extra scoop to make up for it.

I ordered a pint of New York cheesecake and a pint of birthday cake in the birthday cake there was a chunk of a waffle cone and specks in the ice cream and the cheese cake didnt have any of the graham cracker filling in the ice cream. I dont usually order from this location and definitely wont in the future
