Clearly, there is a different cook today than yesterday.
I've ordered this burger at the grand opening and three more times hoping they would cook it like the Cumberland Mall location. 
Today is the first time the burger was good and juicy and not dry crunchy burnt or appear to be a re-grilled burger. The only con is the burger had a small baby tomato and a pinch of lettuce.

Regular Potato Wedges were seasoned greatly. Traditional Wings could have been cooked longer, and I was given all drums without requesting. I like a mixture because flats are my preference. The Caribbean Jerk sauce was good but wasn't a fan of the Curry sauce.

Burger was fresh and good, and this time they semi-close the plastic bag to prevent tampering, and the food falling all over the place.
However, everytime I order fries they're always lukewarm or cold. I wish they were hot and fresh like McDonald's.

why is there more sauce on my box than there is on my actual chicken??? Saucy Chicken Sandwich was put together terribly and this definitely wasn't an error with my dasher, this is without a doubt a kitchen staff issue

Worst wings I've ever eaten. I can't believe these were BWW! Small, dry and over cooked. Trust me I'm a BWW fan but these wings were horrible.
