Everything is cold the burger didn't have any bacon on it like its supposed to & the chicken fries were hard as a rock

The burgers weren't labeled as to which burger was the whopper with cheese and which was the whopper with bacon and cheese. One burger was supposed to be without onion, but had onion anyway. Usually the service is much better. I'm guessing som was just having an off day, which is why it is still four stars.
