This was my first experience ordering from this BK. I'm not sure if it was an unlucky anomaly or not, but there were no beef products available. I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich and it came on (what im assuming is) Whopper bread instead of the normal, longer bread slices. It was just awkward to eat because I'd bite into it and it would be bites of condiments and no chicken for half of it. I also ordered cheese 4PC Mozzarella Sticks and they are thin. Totally strange experience. Im going to assume it's an odd night and this isn't tradional for the store.
However, the Onion Rings and HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie were on point.

Their wait times are extreme. Basic meals with barely any line can take an hour or more, and DoorDash orders can take longer. The staff seem to have no sense of urgency with their food prep times, and when I order in person I can often see employees slacking off.

The chicken in the chicken sandwich was literally half the size of the bun. I also don't know if they changed the sauce but it tasted as if they just lathered buffalo hot sauce on one side of the sandwich and called it a day. The quality from this place has gone downhill.

Pros:
Can get a relatively cheap and filling lunch.
In my experience, they are usually fast.
They have yet to forget my drink.
Cons:
I've honestly never had a hot meal from here. The best I've gotten is warm. (Usually get a burger and fries.)
They've gotten my order wrong more often than not. Either making my burger wrong or forgetting an item all together.
Today they forgot the chocolate sauce on my sundae and made my burger wrong. Yesterday they forgot my sundae all together. Things like that. Nothing too major so far.
