I ordered a shake with my food and received a pie instead, which had been wedged between the hot fries and burger and was melted. this store has gone way down hill!

The family was very satisfied with their order.
They're all full and content.
The Bacon King Meal is one of their favorites.
Huge outside bag, tiny inside bag. Everything was STUFFED in the tiny bag. Smashed burgers, whoppers, chicken sandwiches were all smashed. BUT the fries in the center were perfect. EXPLAIN THAT!!
