The Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake was amazing. I would order this again. The Impossible™ Lounge Burger was fantastic, especially with the double patty. The burger was still hot when it got to me; the fries reheated nicely. Very filling, though I wish I'd gotten another Dairy-Free Berry Proud Milkshake!

The food was amazing as usual. It is pricey, but the BOGO deals (when available) make it reasonable. I like how they keep the meat juicy while it's perfectly grilled. That being said, I think a plastic coated box, or at least an additional half-box at the bottom for double or triple patties is necessary.

Burger is meh. Maybe it's because I ordered late on a Sunday and it's not as fresh as it would be otherwise. The cheese was overdone and tasted wrong. The bun was pretty hard. It wasn't worth the $12 price tag.
The hibiscus lemonade was nice.

Burger Lounge is consistently great. Everything I've tried here is delicious, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The Cod Burger was great but my favorite is the Lounge Burger 🍔.

The young gentleman was very helpful to take care of a mistake that had my pickup order prepared at another location. The Steak House Bison Burger was fresh and juicy. However it was cooked more than medium, and could do better if there was an option to add tomato on the app.
