First time ordering here, the icecream was beautiful but the waffles are not waffles, looked and taste like a croissant. Not worth the price. Paid over $60 to get what taste like a croissant with chocolate, the pictures are also false advertising. They were tiny and came with two little strawberries. Wont be buying again unfortunately

The presentation and quality had dropped significantly, c9 chocolate used to be beautiful, luxury worth the higher price point, now it feels mediocre, bring back the beautiful circle boxes cut the fruit on top drizzle the chocolate neatly and have pride in the presentation.

Ordered the Croffle Sticks and I'm super disappointed. For the price you pay for this I would expect more than one single brownie cut up with a small tub of chocolate sauce. Brownies were $6 and so much for value for money

brownie Brownie Smackdown underwhelming, it's just a brownie and a separate scoop of ice cream. no drizzled chocolate as stated. there was one strawberry on top which I ate before the photo.
