Besides they forgot almost all our sauces, the food was half the amount we normally get from Cafe Rio in California for the same price. It's a rip off and I'm honest surprised by the difference between states.

Ordered my salad with no parsley. It had tons of parsley. Excessive lettuce. Minimal chicken. Rice was undercooked or not cooked at all. The tortilla seemed stale. No utensils or napkins included.
If I were in the store, I would have returned it.

Their food always tastes amazing but it sucks paying more money for extra meat and getting a heap of lettuce in the Salad instead.

i got the Double Enchiladas and they were very nice. very well packaged and tasted lovely. my husband got the Burrito and he was impressed by the freshness. we would order from here again for sure

What happened to the quality of Cafe Rio?
No chicken in the tortilla soup anymore and the quesadillas are dry and bland like they were cooked hours ago. :( I think I'm done with paying $40 for poor quality.
