Request for Full Refund:
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered two California Classic Double Cheeseburger Combos, but both arrived with only one patty each. Additionally, the fries were old, hard, overly salted, and inedible. The burger patties were burnt, extremely thin (approximately 1.3 inches or 33mm), and drowned in mayonnaise.
This experience was far from satisfactory, and I am requesting a full refund for my order.

They are one of my favorite fast food joints their lunch and dinner food is really good, but their breakfast is so tasty. Plus they have some of the best jalapeno poppers around.

ordered Single Big Carl® with onion & tomato instead got neither, but received some sort of promo burger, the same with the California Classic Double Cheeseburger not with condiments requested, but a promo burger. Both were too spicy to be enjoyed.
