I normally love chick fil a but lately their service hasn't been the best. They keep messing up my orders. I just spent $13 on fees and taxes on food I wasn't even able to eat thanks to them messing up my order.

The 5 Ct nuggets are SUPER small even for a child.
I ordered Ranch dipping sauce for all my meals and fries and got ZERO sauces.
3 stars for the Grilled nuggets and sandwich as those are good.

The Cookies & Cream Milkshake was absolutely delicious and the chicken sandwich was so tender! I would totally recommend and the portion + freshness topped it all off.

This store is known for messing up an order even in person. If I order the Cobb salad I get weird sides for a different salad, if I order the sandwich they forget the sause packets that are supposed to come with it. No way to fix it because it's mostly the sauces and sides they forget and it feels petty to ask for a refund over a sauce . I just want to commiserate with my peers. Yes- it is just that bad lol.
