Everything was warm and fresh when I received it. The sandwich and fries were crispy, the fries were salted well, the drink was perfect, and they gave me all my sauces. One of the best delivery experiences for me!

My hashbrowns were good but my chicken sandwich was burnt and dry asl. I don't know what happened to chick fil a but they've been lacking on the food portions and quality.

Delivery took more than 30 minutes longer than promised, and delay was "dasher waiting at restaurant." While food was good, fries were soggy because they sat in the bag so long, and zero sauces were delivered, even though 11 were ordered.

The Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips® was almost burnt. You can tell from how dark they was that they were cooked to long. The <<taggedItemId=6243058578>>Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries®<</taggedItemId>> weren't cooked long enough very gummy and cold
