The two orders of large waffle fries were soggy, limp and tasted undercooked. One container was filled halfway. I didn't get what I paid for.
The rest of the order was okay.

Every time my order is delivered, the large fries container is very sparsely filled. On two occasions the containers were not half full (almost empty). They did not spill out to bottom of the bag. Sometimes the fries were cool and somewhat limp.
Please fill the containers with fries as shown on your advertised pictures.
I am disappointed that poor quality of service are allowed.😪

The meal was not pleasant fries where greasy, cold and not even a large only half the box full. Could not even eat them bad business had to discard. Very disappointed with Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal
