Chicken on both the Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich and the Chick Fil-A® Nugget
was fatty & extremely chewy. The chicken filet on the sandwich was insanely thick. I like a thin filet for a chicken sandwich, the filet on this sandwich was hard to even bite.

fries were soggy and barely had any fries in my box. it look like the last bit of the bag was given unacceptable. nuggets were very small

Disappointed in the lettuce in the Spicy Southwest Salad - pink, slimy, some black bits too. Never had a bad chick fila salad but the prodce was not fresh; squishy grape tomatoes too :(

The chicken strips taste different not in a good way. More like processed and lots of flower on the chicken. They also are giving less fries and small pieces of fries at the bottom of the box.

Food is always undercooked or the food just isn't good. Never had this problem with the other chick fil a on Monticello.
