Chicken nuggets have been "soggy" the last few times I've had them...no crisp at all..barely cooked batter...it's a shame because I love their chicken when it actually tastes cooked with a crispy crust. Before Covid, you could order well-done, but after Covid, that option went away. Bring it back, please.

the brownie i ordered was old cause it crumbled on the 1st bite and had white spots all over.. my meal was cold .. I was not satisfied this time .chick fil a usually is awesome but ordered for my lunch hour at work and unhappy.
