For the first time ever I was disappointed with my meal. My biscuit was hard and dry. The chicken tasted old. The 3-4 of my greasy hash browns were smashed in the carton. I'm hoping this was a fluke & not an indication of the restaurant going downhill. The fruit cup was the highlight of my meal.

We haven't had Chick-fil-A Cool Wrap®or the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ Grilled Filet on lettuce wrap was amazing today, they definitely have restored my trust in them to be delicious.

Chic-Fil-A does an excellent job of delivering fresh food in a smooth fashion.
Only thing I would recommend is using slightly bigger bags than what the order calls for.
A few times my fries have been smashed by my sauces to make it all fit but no worries.
Keep doing well!
