The soup and cool wrap were great as always. The chicken tortilla soup is hands down the best I've ever had...anywhere.

They left out my portion of the order I placed for my office ($80+ order) and refused to deliver the missing items even though they were the ones who didn't give them to the Dasher. The missing items were listed on the receipt and everything. Super disappointing from a business that prides itself on customer service.

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and I received a egg wire grilled with bacon, I do not eat meat and wasnt given an option to have another biscuit delivered to me. I have now spent $20 on two separate orders just so I could have a biscuit and Hash Browns.

Food temp is COLD, side salad missing red pepper flakes, no straws with meals. 5 count nugget is 4 nuggets and two small pieces of crunchy stuff.

The Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich was great. The side salad was not good at all. I never received bleu cheese crumbles which i paid extra for. The roasted red pepper topping was left out and the salad had brown on edges of the lettuce. Not the quality you would expect from CFA.
