I have a Petscan tomorrow and I'm only allowed to eat high protein and minimal to no carbs so I ordered a bowl no rice just lettuce/meat/veggies/sour cream/cheese and literally got 11 strings of lettuce, 7 little cubes of steak swimming in sour cream. The fact that I can count the amount of food that's in this bowl is sad. If I wasn't so busy at work I would drive back and return this.

My bowl was perfect but neither the chips nor the guac tasted like they had lime , which is my favorite part of both. This is the second time in a row this has happened to my order from this location.

For as many times as I've ordered this exact same meal item, I've never seen them give me this little bit of food before. There's barely anything in the Burrito Bowl this time. It's upsetting because of how much I paid for it.

My Burrito Bowl was not as full as my last Burrito Bowl I ordered and definitely not as full as they are, when I order inside the store. It's like you're taking a chance with how full your Burrito Bowl will be when you order online. As much, as we pay for door dash, Chipolte should at least give us the same amount of portion as they do when we order in the store.

I ordered the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco, they gave me guacamole instead of queso, and the chips seemed like a small order, didnt even fill half the bag.
Not much flavor to the carnitas, was good texture just no flavor to it.
