Food was good as usual, but the burrito bowl wasn't quite as hefty as usual, and they smothered it and sour cream. It was still good but not quite to their usual standards.

I waited 15 minutes after I was notified that my bowl was ready and asked to come back to the window twice. To add insult to injury then my order wasn't correct, and the staff wasn't at all apologetic.

Food was good as always... they do seem to give you a little less food when you order online. but it was still adequate.

Received my order and the burrito bowl was missing the extra carnitas that I paid $7 for. Started stirring the bowl and found the outside of the red onion in my bowl! Thank god I didn't choke on this! Im very disappointed because I paid the extra money but got less meat tons of sour cream, and rice. These companies are robbing us!
Bit into the chips and they were so stale , I refused to eat! Not fresh chips at all! Very disappointed!
