The Burrito was not wrapped properly, and the Side of Queso Blanco was runny as if water had been added. Upon pulling up to the pickup window, there was a worker there however she waited 7 minutes before coming g over asking for the name of my order. She then told me that because my order was a doordash pickup order, I had to come I'm, which was untrue. I asked for vinegarett and was told there was none in the store. I usually travel 4 miles out of the way to go to another Chipotle because the one closest to my home always has bad service and the order is never correct. I see nothing has changed.

Chips are stale. I didn't get my fajita veggies. Calls to the store to warn them about the chips went unanswered.

Food is good, but the food was placed in the bag in a sloppy way. Which caused the Burrito Bowl to look like this & almost spilled out.
