• DoorDash orderWhen this Chipotle is ON then it's great food, full bowls etc, if they are off their game I still give them another try. The food is yummy, generally fast, and can always eat on it for two meals.

• DoorDash orderI am extremely disappointed with my recent DoorDash experience. Half of my order was missing, and the part that did arrive—a burrito bowl from Chipotle—was poorly prepared and noticeably skimpy. I understand that errors can happen, but it’s frustrating to pay full price for an incomplete and subpar meal.
Additionally, the resolution process left much to be desired. While I appreciate the option to report issues in the app, the lack of immediate accountability from either DoorDash or the restaurant makes it feel like customer satisfaction is not a priority.
This incident has made me reconsider using DoorDash in the future, especially if quality control and order accuracy remain ongoing issues. I hope improvements are made to ensure customers receive what they pay for.
