I love the Quesadilla! Always fresh and deliscious.
I'm just a little sad because they forgot my tomato salsa Fresca this time.
And as always the tortillas are yummy, fresh, soft, slightly chewy, and huge.

The Quesadilla entree is substantial. Always freshly made, with tasty, well made ingredients. My favorites sofar are the chicken and the steak. Theyre gently seasoned, flavorful ,not salty. They get the amount of cheese just right.
The texture of the beans is just right. Black beans have a bit of a spicy kick while the pinto beans are mild. Corn salsa and salsa Fresca are fresh and flavorful.
The tortillas are delicious and huge.
Love the compostable and recyclable packaging.

This time had the Quesadilla with grilled chicken & side of black beans, salsa fresca, & the corn. The chicken was mild in flavor and tasty, not over salted. Thrackveans were cooked justvright w/ a skightkick of heat. All paired well together. Large portion size.
Also had hard-shell tacos with the steak, which was nicely grilled, good flavor, not over salted. Paired it with pinto beans, fajita veggies, & the corn. All tasted very good together. The hard-corn tortilla taco shells are sturdy, flavorful, & not salty.
Had Tortilla on the Side (soft white flour). As usual their totillas are very good in texture & flavor; and they are huge.

Burrito wasn't wrapped properly and was broken and oozing in multiple places. Bag was soggy at the bottom because of it.
The guac was over salted and tasted old; almost sour even. It was almost to the browning stage when it arrived. There's no way that guac was made today.
The only reason I gave the coke a thumbs down was the price. $4.70 for a 12 ounce bottle of Coke? LOL, wow.
Chipotle has been a staple since grad school. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

The Quesadilla is huge! Enough for 2 to share. The Salsa Fresca is fresh, tasty &pair well w/the quesadilla. The quantity of each topping is definitely enough to enoy w/the whole meal. I had the chicken al pastor as filling. It was good but a bit over spiced & did not include the pineapple which is a key ingredient in "Al pastor". Also salty.
The canitas in hard shell tacos: The roasted pork was tasty but very salty. Ample portion size for toppings. The fajita vegetables were good& paired well w/t pork. Taco shells held up, and tasted good. The soft tortillas are huge, 2x the reguar size of store bought. They are well made, soft and slightly cheery. I enjoyed them.
Packaging: 95% was compostable, thefruit container recyclable, & only tin foil will hang out in landfill.
