The neglected to look at my order my bowl had rice I asked for no rice and 7 pieces of chicken for $22. Never again. My Guac was brown and not fresh

Didn't follow instructions to leave certain toppings off an item. Asked for basically just meat, beans and cheese on the burrito bowl cause my daughter is allergic to avocado, but it's covered in guacamole and can't eat it. What a waste.
And the Chips & Queso Blanco, very small portion

The food was very good. But it is expensive and the portion of the items is much smaller. I mean a burrito cost $19. Wow. It shouldn't also be smaller. Because of this, I am only giving 3 stars.

Service is super fast so it is surprising that the food arrives cold! The last few times I've ordered the flavor and texture have been off - crunchy beans, salty meat, stale chips. .

My Quesadilla was hardly a quesadilla. Folded into a little square, good amount of chicken and minimal cheese not even melted. I would expect a more substantial one con the price. I had to beef it up and melt the cheese at home.
