I usually like Chipotle, but this pickup order was really disappointing. The bowl had barely any chicken — just a few tiny pieces — and was mostly lettuce and cheese. It looked nothing like what I usually get when I dine in or order from other locations. Definitely not worth the price this time.

Food was not good queso was chunky and the burrito was ordered with extra chicken and when we got the burrito out of the bag it was very small and thrown into the bag. It was mostly rice and hardly any chicken or guacamole why charge extra if you're just gonna put the standard amount or in this case less than that.. very disappointed.

Horrible meat, horrible portions, outrageous pricing! Could have counted on one hand how many pieces of Barbados meat & 2 were complete chunks of ALL GOOEY FAT--gross! Barely any beans, no blanco sauce even though I paid extra for it, and so much sour cream it was just swimming in it and I couldn't taste any flavors! Sauces like sour cream, ranch, etc. should always be on THE SIDE so customer can add as they like. Customer happiness 101---does this store make food to make customer happy or upset?! Meat subpar on every level, small portions, size of burrito bowl salad so small ... overall disappointing and we will stick with Cafe Rio.

Not Doordash's fault at all. Just higher prices from the store and lower quality and quantity. At this rate I won't order from Chipotle again. It tastes good. But at $20 for a Burrito Bowl with the charges, it just isn't worth it for the portion size and freshness you receive.
The Chips & Guacamole? Used to be the highlight of my meal! Deliciously seasoned salt and lime chips? YES please!! What no more lime? Ok I guess the chips are still amazing. Wait where'd all my chips go? The bag is more than half empty. C'mon Chipotle do better!!

The Lake Mead and 95 location went WAY downhill in the past few months and only gives people maybe 1 oz of meat then skimps on cheese, sour cream and any condiment other than rice really. Burritos went from 20 oz or more down to 9-12 oz. You're paying $8-$10 for $1 worth of ingredients. Go to Roberto's or any other local taco joint, you'll definitely get what you pay for there.
