Not how it used to be --- needs more quantity of selected sauce (salsas, sour cream, etc.) Where's the kick and flavor I had grown to love?
More chicken is needed --- especially when extra chicken is already $4. I get that times are tough but just raise the price to $5 or $6 so you can stuff my burrito full how it should be.

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, brown rice, pinto beans, and corn salsa. This is my usual order and it's always good. This time, not so much. The food was cold and the rice and pinto beans had zero flavor - no salt, no seasoning, nothing. Then the steak was tough and grislily. I ended up throwing everything in the garbage after a couple bites.

This is the second time I have received an extremely poor quality order from chipotle. There was no guac, sour cream, cheese, and almost no lettuce. The last time i ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it had not even a bites size worth of chicken in it. I paid over $15 for a burrito that had not even half the ingredients i paid for. I ripped my burrito apart half way through because I realized i was eating nothing but rice, chicken, pico, and corn. Such a scam. I wont be ordering from here again and I want a refund for my burrito.
