Both bowl were awful. The brown rice wasn't cooked all the way. I got a half order of the new honey chicken, I only got two pieces of that chicken in my bowl. No silverware either. Terrible.

I absolutely love chipotle and was so excited to get some tonight ! My bowl today I got carnitas and I was very disappointed. My carnitas were so hard and dry and it was very few pieces . Never had this experience my bowls are always so good

I purchased a Burrito Bowl and paid for extra portions and barely even got any meat in general tried to cover it with the toppings, the rice isn't cooked at all. it's hard. Everytime ordering chipotle online it's the same issue.

I was craving Chipotle and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Both the beans and rice were UNDERCOOKED. The Side of Guacamole was very salty. I barely got any corn. Gordon Ramsey would've probably shut the establishment down for the quality of food I was served.
