Payed for extra brisket and the bowl had little to no brisket at all. There was a significant extra cost for the item. The compensation for the problem was not sufficient in comparison to what I payed. I'm very disappointed.

Something quit weird happened, I bought a Burrito and they made a Bowl! LOL :'c
I know that Bowls are better than Burritos because they give more for the same price, but, this bowl was not full as some bowls often are.

This place has gotten so bad. The food is just off in all ways. Guacamole is full of unripened chunks. Fajita veggies are soggy and weirdly greasy. Burritos ingredients are in weird silos so it's all meat at one end, all cheese at the other. It's been a steady decline for a few years and now it's basically unappetizing. Someone needs to get in here and do some quality control because whoever is prepping ingredients and making the food are not being properly monitored or coached. Quality standards seem non-existent or non-enforced.

My tortilla on my burrito was so wet it wouldn't come off the foil. I also ordered a side of salsa which was 1/4 full. It was maybe a tablespoon of salsa. I thought maybe it spilled in the bag but, nope. The queso and chips were fine though.

I've had horrible luck at this chipotle location. My order is almost NEVER correct and I'm a very frequent customer, so they've had a lot of chances to get my very simple bowl right. Most often they add tomatoes, which I'm allergic to, so the entire bowl is inedible.
