There was a hard portion in the bottom of my burrito. It was also the wrong wrapping. I had wanted a flour wrapping.

I asked the workers twic for my order and they insisted that they did not have an order for me. I checked for the third time and they said, "no". I walked out ready to leave the store and check if it was the chipotle in the mall and someone ran out to me and said that they had my order.
I can understand if I had the time, but I didn't! Had I gone to the mall to check I wouldve been super late back to work, my food would've been sitting at the original restaurant getting cold.
Please be attentive to order details and don't say "no, we dont have your order" if you did not double check your computers. Thanks

I just ordered my chipotle and received too much salad, with very little rice and chicken. I paid $20 and did get what I expected!!
