Always something wrong with my order when I order pick up. This time they left rice off of my order salad was a soggy mess, that resembled vomit and the beans are dry. I got half a bag of air with my chips, and half filled cups for the guacamole and queso alrhough there is an almost $3 up charge.

My order from Chipotle was perfect! I got a chicken burrito and chips with queso, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and arrived quickly. The burrito was packed with tender chicken, just the right amount of spice, and all the toppings were well-balanced. The chips were crispy and the queso was warm and creamy. Definitely hit the spot. Great portion sizes too. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

MAN. Greatful is all I can use to express my gratitude! My Burrito Bowl was STUFFED. I was SO HUNGRY,the Chips were so fresh, I almost cried. 10/10 would recommend ordering here again. Wish I got a picture, gone as quick as it came.

I asked for brown rice for my bowl. I was given white rice. I am not a white rice fan. A bit skimpy on the veggies and slightly bland..... happy they weren't salt but could have been more seasoned.Guacamole was a bit salty.

Didn't give me my taco I ordered, got some weird vegetarian dish instead. The queso is disgusting, barely got any chips for it and the chips were stale. Barely got any steak in my whole30 bowl, it was tasteless and cold. They didn't cut it up. The Cary location is so much better they actually know what they're doing.
