Burrito was nicely portioned. Chips were fresh. Tacos were fantastic. They were stuffed with my ingredients, were wrapped individually in foil, and the shells were nice and crunchy. A very pleasant experience!

I received my Burrito Bowl more than half way empty and with no meat (ORDER: bowl, brown rice, carnitas, cheese, guac, sour cream, lettuce). I payed $18 including tip. (I shook my bowl before I opened).

the burrito I ordered is 1/3 the normal size. it is no where near what chipotle makes in-store. it's more the size of a taco bell taco than a chipotle burrito.

My Burrito Bowl was half full. There was barely any meat and rice in my bowl and as a college student I can't be paying full price for half the amount of food.

kinda bummed with my order. white rice instead of brown rice. there's steak instead of the honey chipotle and honestly there's hardly any meat. picked off a bunch of brown lettuce on top. half the chips are stale. ranch and the cheese dip are good though.
